End Of Summer!

This summer has flown by so fast! I have been in a few times this week to get things set up for the opening of school on Tuesday, September 6th. Labels are on the desks and the supplies are ready for you to use. I can't wait to see you all!

For the first day, I would like you to bring in 1 SMALL item to share with the class.  This item should be able to tell us something about what you did over the summer. For example, a souvenir from vacation, a seashell from a day at the beach, a photo of a nice day with friends or family, etc.  If you do not have a small item to bring in, you can draw a picture of your favorite thing that you did this summer.

I've had a busy summer with my family and friends. We took trips to Rockport, the Lowell Spinners, and the Minuteman National Park. Mr. Keating and I went on vacation to Aruba, and our family traveled to the Outer Banks in North Carolina, where we saw where the Wright Brothers took their first flight and the lost colony of Roanoke. We also enjoyed spending time at home swimming, crafting, and reading. I hope you have had a great summer, full of all different experiences - I can't wait to hear all about them!
